f• <br /> ORDINANCE NO./40 8 <br /> An ordinance providing for the submission to the voters <br /> of the city of Everett, at the election to be held on the 18th <br /> day of June, 1912 , a proposed ordinance providing for the repeal <br /> of ordinance No. 1343 of the city of Everett, entitled "an ordinance <br /> providing for the purchase, acquisition, condemnation or appro- <br /> priation by the city of Everett, ,7,ashington, of water works and <br /> certain property and property rights in connection therewith, <br /> specifying and adopting a system and plan proposed by said city <br /> for such public utility, declaring the established cost thereof <br /> as near as may be, and submitting said ; . tem. and plan, and the <br /> proposition and authority to become indebted and to issue negotiable <br /> bonds of said city to raise revenue to meet the cost of said system <br /> or plan *o the qualified voters of said city of Everett for rati- <br /> f ration or rejedtion at the general election to be held on November <br /> 7 , A.D. 1911, and making certain appropriation of money to be used <br /> to carry out the purposes thereof". <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That a proposed ordinance providing for the <br /> repeal of Ordinance No. 1343 of the city. of Everett, entitled <br /> "An ordinance providing for the purchase, acquisition, condemna- <br /> tion or appropriation by the city of Everett, Washington, of water <br /> works and certain property and property rights in connection there- <br /> with, specifying and adopting a system or plan proposed by said city <br /> for such public utility, declaring the estimated cost thereof, as • <br /> near as may be, and submitting said system and plan and the propo- <br /> sition and authority to become indebted and to issue negotiable <br /> bonds of said city to raise reitenue to meet the cost of said system <br /> plan, to the qualified voters of said city of Everett for rati- <br /> fication or rejection at the general election to be held November <br /> 7th, A.D. 1911, and making certain appropriations of money to be <br /> raised to carry out the purposes thereof" shall be submitted to the <br /> voters of the city of Everett at an election to be held on June 18, <br /> 1912. <br />
