01141104igii ORDINANCE NO. 2606-02 AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of Lombard Avenue, lying South of Hewitt Avenue, and North of Wall Street, and the North/South alleys in Blocks 686 and 687, Plat of Everett and the Plat of Everett Land Co's. First Addition WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, did by Resolution No. 5160 duly adopt and fix the 27th day of February, 2002 at 8:30A.M., as the date of public hearing; and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and determination of said Resolution has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, the issues were publicly presented; and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City of Everett that the said right of way resolved to be vacated should be vacated pursuant to the terms and conditions of this ordinance: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the following described right-of-way: LOMBARD AVENUE described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 21, Block 686, Plat of Everett, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 32, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, East along the Easterly projected North line of said Lot 21 to the Northwest corner of Lot 28, Block 687, of said Plat of Everett; THENCE, South along the Westerly lot lines of Lots 28, and Lots 1A through Lot 9 to the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 687, Plat of Everett Land Company's First Addition to Everett, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 20, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, West along the Westerly projected South line of said Lot 9 to the Southeast corner of Lot 11, Block 686 of said Everett Land Company's First Addition to Everett; THENCE, North along the Easterly lot lines of Lots 11 through 21,
