ORDINANCE NO. 3062-08 . <br /> AN ORDNANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "2006 Federal Overlay Program," Fund 303, Program 073, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 2897-06. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "2006 Federal Overlay Program," Fund <br /> 303, Program 073, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "2006 Federal Overlay Program," Fund 303, <br /> Program 073, as established by Ordinance No. 2897-06, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"2006 Federal Overlay Program," Fund 303, <br /> Program 073, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Project Costs $ 713,405.00 <br /> Total Expenses $713,405.00 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> STPUL-0420(017) - Federal Grant $ 412,281.00 <br /> Fund 162— CIP IV 136,036.00 <br /> Fund 119— Street Improvements 165,088.00 <br /> Total Source of Funds $713,405.00 <br />
