011W <br /> EVERETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3110-08 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a parks improvement project entitled"Northwest <br /> Neighborhood Park Playground Replacement", Fund 354, Program 035 as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 2983-07. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Northwest Neighborhood Park <br /> playground Replacement", Fund 354, Program 035, was established for construction of a <br /> replacement playground and access improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the parks improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the "Northwest Neighborhood Park Playground Replacement", Fund 354, Program <br /> 035, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Northwest Neighborhood Playground <br /> Replacement", Fund 354, Program 035, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Planning, Construction and $135,741 <br /> Installation Costs <br /> B.
