,44 !/E?ETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3/17 -09 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a fund entitled"Boeing Mitigation," Fund 158 as established. <br /> by Ordinance No. 1823-91. <br /> WHEREAS,Fund 158 entitled"Boeing Mitigation," was established as a reserve fund <br /> for traffic mitigation improvements resulting from the expansion of the Boeing Airplane <br /> Manufacturing Facility in Everett; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That"Boeing Mitigation" Fund 158, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> The 2009 Budget appropriation is increased by $263,595 <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for"Boeing Mitigation"Fund 158, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Boeing Mitigation Projects $57,603,805 <br /> Administrative Expenditures 957,345 <br /> Rebate to Boeing of Excess Mitigation Funds 3,847,427 <br /> Total Expenses $62,408,577 <br /> B. Revenues <br /> Boeing Mitigation Payments $45,092,465 <br /> Residual Equity from Construction Fund 602,418 <br /> Interest Earnings 16,713,694 <br /> Total Revenues $62,408,577 <br />
