' ORDINANCE NO. 3153-09 midie AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, "Holly Drive Non-Motorized Improvements", Fund 303, Program 074,to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2913-06. WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement program; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received funds for non-motorized improvements to Holly Drive, between 4th Avenue West and 92nd Street; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 074, entitled "Holly Drive Non-Motorized Improvements", to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2913-06. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 074, for the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of$979,034.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 074, "Holly Drive Non- Motorized Improvements", as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Design $ 95,000.00 Construction 884,034.00 Total Estimated Cost $ 979,034.00
