/iPoo/% 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5850 <br /> A RESOLUTION Adopting the 2006 Comprehensive Sewer Plan <br /> WHEREAS, the Washington State Department of Ecology requires that the City update <br /> their Comprehensive Sewer Plan every six years; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the previous Comprehensive Sewer Plan was approved in 1999; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City has prepared a 2006 Comprehensive Sewer Plan in accordance <br /> with the Department of Ecology Guidelines; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the 2006 Comprehensive Sewer Plan meets the <br /> needs of the City and the State; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> adopts the 2006 Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br /> ouncilpersonIntrodu Resolution <br /> ng <br /> Passed and Approved this 27t1day of Dec.embec2006. <br /> Gc �l,e2r. <br /> Cecil Presi��it I <br />
