RESOLUTION NO. 5835 <br /> A RESOLUTION setting the time and date of the publ(c <br /> hearing for the proposed vacation of those portions of 12t", <br /> 13t", and 14 Streets, lying west of West Marine View Drive. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the streets <br /> described as follows: <br /> All that portion of 12th; 13th; and 14th Streets lying west of West Marine <br /> View Drive, legally described per Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and as <br /> shown generally on the attached map, have petitioned for the vacation of <br /> said right-of-way; <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date <br /> for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for December 13, 2006, at 8:30A.M. in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed <br /> vacation of the aforesaid rights-of-way, as herein described. <br /> (// frr <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 15th day of November, 2006. <br /> Cou I Presid:11) <br />
