April 8, 2015 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., April 8, 2015, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call <br /> it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Moore, Murphy, Gipson, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 1, 2015, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to concur with the following appointments: <br /> Cultural Arts <br /> Appointment of Deborah Fox to Alternate Position No. 2 for the <br /> remainder of a 6-year term ending December 31, 2016 <br /> Diversity Board <br /> Appointment of Stephen Oldfin to Position No. 5 for the remainder <br /> of a 4-year term expiring September 30, 2015 <br /> Appointment of Christopher Elliott to Position No. 10 for the <br /> remainder of a 4-year term expiring September 30, 2017 <br /> Human Needs Advisory Board <br /> Appointment of Vicki Von Stubbe to Position No. 3 for the <br /> remainder of a 4-year term expiring December 31, 2015 <br /> 90 <br />
