,1061/.11 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5591 <br /> IETT <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of the alley located in <br /> Block 632, Plat of Everett Division "I" <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the alley, described <br /> as follows: <br /> All of that portion of the east/west alley lying adjacent to Lots 23 through 28, Block <br /> 632, Plat of Everett Division "I", according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 5 of <br /> Plats, Page 11, records of Snohomish County, Washington: <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for public <br /> hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> that a public hearing be set for April 6, 2005 at 8:30A.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, at <br /> 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as herein <br /> described. <br /> IA <br /> Councilperson Intro ucing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of March, 2005. <br /> Council President <br />
