e°11'.40 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5422 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City of Everett, Washington, recognizing former Mayor <br /> Joyce Ebert for her contributions to the city during her service <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett, Washington, has been saddened to learn that former City <br /> Councilwoman and Mayor Joyce Ebert has passed away on January 3, 2004; and <br /> WHEREAS, Everett citizens have lost a friend and community leader; and <br /> WHEREAS, Joyce Ebert served as a City Council member from January 1974 until November <br /> 1977; and <br /> WHEREAS, upon the resignation of Robert C.
