RESOLUTION NO. 5340 <br /> A RESOLUTION confirming overdue Hearing Examiner fines and authorizing <br /> placement of a lien against the property known as 1012 & 1030 N Broadway, parcel <br /> number 29 0517 002 051 00 in the amount of$12,300.00. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Department of Code Compliance performed <br /> inspections at 1012 & 1030 N Broadway ("the subject property"), the legal description of <br /> which is as follows: <br /> SEC 17 TWP 29 RGE 05 RT 21A-) BEG NW COR SW1/4 <br /> NW 1/4 TH E 967FT TO C/L <br /> and found that conditions existed that were in violation of the Everett Municipal Code; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the property owner of record was duly notified of these conditions, <br /> was given the opportunity to correct the conditions, and had adequate notice of <br /> opportunities to appear at hearings to appeal the City's allegations; and <br /> WHEREAS, following a public hearing, the violations hearing examiner imposed <br /> fines for violations on the property; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of Council's consideration of this Resolution was provided to <br /> the property owner of record; <br />
