041111P446" <br /> oisvoimmA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4909 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the declaration of <br /> City owned property located on the east side of <br /> Hill Street and south of Pacific Avenue as surplus <br /> WHEREAS, review of the property described in Exhibit "A" has been completed by <br /> all City Departments and has received approval of the Mayor; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett City Council finds and determines that the real property <br /> located on the east side of Hill Street and south of Pacific Avenue in the City of Everett <br /> described in Exhibit "A" is not and will not be needed for City purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett City Council finds that the City has complied with the <br /> requirements of Section 15.8 of the City Charter and requirements of Resolution # <br /> 1984; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT as follows: <br /> The real property described in Exhibit "A" is not and will not be needed for City <br /> purposes and is, therefore, declared to be surplus property. <br /> W <br /> Councilperson ntroducing Reso win <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 24thday of May , 2000. <br /> Coun ii <br /> President if <br />
