<br /> Everett in the amount of $5,186,461.70 for the period of June 1, 2006 through
<br /> June 30, 2006
<br /> (3) To approve a rolling street closure to Walk Circus Exotics from the train yard, north
<br /> on Fulton, west on Pacific, north on McDougal, west on Wall Street, and across
<br /> Broadway to the Everett Events Center on September 6, 2006, between 8:15 a.m.
<br /> and 10:00 a.m., and from the Everett Events Center to the train yard via the same
<br /> route on September 10, 2006, 10 p.m. to 11 p.m., sponsored by Feld Entertainment
<br /> (4) To approve the closure of Wall Street, Broadway to Lombard, and the westernmost
<br /> southbound lane of Broadway, Hewitt to Wall Street, to load and unload circus
<br /> vehicles on September 5, 2006, 6 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.; September 6, 2006, 12 a.m.
<br /> to 11:59 p.m., September 10, 2006, 5 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.; and September 11,
