#111.P <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4898 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of a portion of Ttereve Drive <br /> and a portion of Olympic Drive, described as follows: <br /> a portion of Ttereve Drive lying south of Block 2 & north of Block 10, together <br /> with a portion of Olympic Drive lying easterly of Block 11 & westerly of Blocks <br /> 2 & 10 <br /> WHEREAS,the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of those portions of Ttereve <br /> Drive and Olympic Drive, described as follows: <br /> SEE ATTACHED SHEET <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provided that City Council, by resolution, fix a date for public <br /> hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for May 24, 2000 at 8:30 a.m., in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as herein <br /> described. <br /> • <br /> AZIA..
