".14 bi/I:glim AA " • - - <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4790 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> Washington, accepting a petition for the proposed vacation of the <br /> North/South Alley in Block 2, Plat of Darlington, lying South of <br /> Taylor Drive, and West of Bayview Lane, and setting August 25th, <br /> 1999 as the date of public hearing on this matter <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the right of <br /> way, described as follows: <br /> The North/ South alley in Block 2, Plat of Darlington; , according to the plat <br /> thereof, recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, Page 29, Records of Snohomish County, <br /> Washington, described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot A, Block 2, Plat of Darlington; <br /> THENCE, South 00° 17' 09" East a distance of 67.85 feet; THENCE, South 86° <br /> 52' 54" West a distance of 12.02 feet to intersect the East line of Lot 4 of said <br /> block; THENCE, North 00° 17' 09" East a distance of 66.72 feet, more or less, to <br /> the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; THENCE, Easterly along the Southerly right <br /> of way line of Taylor Drive to the Northwest corner of Lot A of said Block 2 of <br /> said Plat of Darlington and the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for <br /> public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC:IL FOR THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for August 25th, 1999 at 8:30A.M. in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as <br /> herein described. <br /> _:� <br /> ounci rson Introd R'ing Reso ution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of July, 1999. <br /> Council President <br /> WORD/VACATION/RESOLUTION/taylor res.doc <br />
