• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2 2 2 3-9 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Public Works Pathway Projects", Fund 303, Program 022, to <br /> accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a pedestrian improvement program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of State funds for <br /> three pedestrian improvement projects; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 022, entitled <br /> "Public Works Pathway Projects" to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 022, for construction of the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks <br /> and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $213,600 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 022, "Public Works <br /> Pathway Projects" as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Preliminary Engineering $ 22,550 <br /> Construction $ 191,050 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 213,600 <br />
