.41% ORDINANCE NO. 2217-97 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "Evergreen Way/SR 526 Overcrossing", Fund 303, Program 015, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance 2147-96. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to improvements to Evergreen Way; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of Federal and State funds to accomplish improvements programmed with this project; and WHEREAS, based on construction costs, additional funding and other improvements, there is a need to revise the existing ordinance; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 015, entitled "Evergreen Way/SR 526 Overcrossing" to accumulate all costs for the improvement project, and repealing Ordinance 2147-96. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 015, for all expenses of the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $ 1,985,560.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 015, "Evergreen Way/SR 526 Overcrossing" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Engineering and ROW $ 312,601 Construction $ 1,672,959 Total Estimated Cost $ 1,985,560
