• <br /> ORDINANCE NO.pWX.5-9Z. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement <br /> project entitled "Evergreen Way, 108th Street S.W. to <br /> 112th Street S.W.", Fund 303, Program 020, to <br /> accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to widening improvements on Evergreen <br /> Way from 108th Street S.W. to 112th Street S.W.; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of State <br /> Transportation Improvement Board, Local Improvement District and City funds to <br /> accomplish all improvements programmed with this project; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 020, entitled <br /> "Evergreen Way, 108th Street S.W. to 112th Street S.W." to accumulate all costs for <br /> the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund <br /> 303, Program 020, for the special improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all <br /> tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $526,395 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 020, "Evergreen <br /> Way, 108th Street S.W. to 112th Street S.W." as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design $ 69,000 <br /> Right-of-Way $ 10,000 <br /> Construction $ 447,395 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 526,395 <br />
