ORDINANCE NO. 2147-96 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled "Evergreen Way/SR 526 Overcrossing", Fund 303, <br /> Program 015, to accumulate all costs for the project. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to widening improvements to Evergreen <br /> Way; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of Federal <br /> funds to accomplish improvements programmed with this project; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 015, <br /> entitled "Evergreen Way/SR 526 Overcrossing" to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund <br /> 303, Program 015, for all expenses of the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all <br /> tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $ 332,100.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 015, <br /> "Evergreen Way/SR 526 Overcrossing" as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Preliminary Engineering $ 332,100 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 332,100 <br />
