• ORDINANCE NO. 2140-96 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, EMC) to encompass an area at 4th Avenue SW at 90th Street SW ANNEXATION #A1-95 REZONE #1-96 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on March 21 , 1995 the Everett Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the Planning Commission, has determined that said property should be zoned R-2, Single Family Detached Medium Density. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan as affirmed by Planning Commission Resolution No. 96-6 passed on February 20. 1996. Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1671 -89, as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended to add an R-2 (Single Family Detached Medium Density zoned area) by the addition of the following Legal Description: (WOOD ANNEXATION 4th Avenue S.W. at 90th Street S.W.) All that portion of Section 13, Township 28 North, Range 4 E.W.M. described as follows: Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 12, Plat of Patricia Manor, Division No. 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 22 of Plats, page 76, records of Snohomish
