• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2140-96 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, EMC) <br /> to encompass an area at 4th Avenue SW at 90th Street SW <br /> ANNEXATION #A1-95 <br /> REZONE #1-96 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on March 21 , 1995 the Everett Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the zoning designation for <br /> the hereinafter described property annexed to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the <br /> Planning Commission, has determined that said property should be zoned R-2, Single <br /> Family Detached Medium Density. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : <br /> That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in <br /> the best interest of the City of Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive <br /> Plan as affirmed by Planning Commission Resolution No. 96-6 passed <br /> on <br /> February 20. 1996. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Section 4 of Ordinance <br /> No. 1671 -89, as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended to add <br /> an R-2 (Single Family Detached Medium Density zoned area) by the addition of the <br /> following <br /> Legal Description: <br /> (WOOD ANNEXATION 4th Avenue S.W. at 90th Street S.W.) <br /> All that portion of Section 13, Township 28 North, Range 4 E.W.M. described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 12, Plat of Patricia Manor, Division No. 2, <br /> according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 22 of Plats, page 76, records of Snohomish <br />
