ORDINANCE NO. 2108-95 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement <br /> project entitled "Broadway Avenue 41st to 52nd <br /> Guardrail", Fund 303, Program 013, to accumulate all <br /> costs for the improvement project. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic hazard elimination <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of Federal <br /> funds for guardrail replacement and improvements on Broadway Avenue fron 41st <br /> Street to 52nd Street; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 013, <br /> entitled "Broadway Avenue 41st to 52nd Guardrail" to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund <br /> 303, Program 013, for construction of the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all <br /> tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $44,700 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 013, "Broadway <br /> Avenue 41st to 52nd Guardrail" as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Preliminary Engineering $ 4,100 <br /> Construction $ 40,600 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 44,700 <br />
