ORDINANCE NO. 2100-95 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled "Northern Extension of Interurban Trail", Fund 303, <br /> Program 008, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> project. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a trail program as a part of the City <br /> Transportation Improvement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of Federal funds for <br /> the northern extension of the Interurban Trail; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 008, entitled <br /> "Northern Extension of Interurban Trail" to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 008, for design and construction of the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $158,500.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 008, "Northern <br /> Extension of Interurban Trail" as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Preliminary Engineering $ 158,500 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 158,500 <br />
