147"s, ORDINANCE NO. 2056-95 C 'iETT • AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "West Marine View Drive - 10th Street to 18th Street", Fund 303, Program 010, to accumulate all design and construction costs for the improvement project. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to the construction of street improvements which include widening, curbs, gutters, storm drainage, sidewalk and other traffic safety improvements on West Marine View Drive between 10th Street and 18th Street; and WHEREAS, this project has been approved for funding by the Transportation Improvement Board, WSDOT and the Port of Everett; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 010, entitled "West Marine View Drive - 10th Street to 18th Street" to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 010, for design and construction of the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $1,582,662.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 010, "West Marine View Drive - 10th Street to 18th Street" as follows: A.Estimated Project Costs Predesign $ 14,000 Design $ 74,000 Right of Way $ 275,000 Construction $ 1,233,662 Total Estimated Cost $ 1.596.662 B.
