• ORDINANCE NO. 2054-95 1!!!!!!!! :i E!/E?ETT AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, EMC) to encompass an area east of 19th Avenue SE and north of 116th Street SE. ANNEXATION #A2-94 REZONE #2-95 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on March 21, 1995 the Everett Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the Planning Commission, has determined that said property should be zoned R-1, Single Family Detached Low Density. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett and meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan as affirmed by Resolution No. 95-2 Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the following: LEGAL DESCRIPTION R-1 (N. of 116th Street SW and east of 119th Avenue SE) Lots 8 and 9 of the Replat of Lots 14 and 15, Block 1 , Plat of Silver Lake, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Page 77 , records of Snohomish County, Washington; described as follows:
