• Asib VA*/%7-A ,viE!/EJFETT ORDINANCE NO. 2053-95 AN ORDINANCE annexing property _ located north of 116th Street SE east of 19th Avenue ANNEXATION #A2-94 WHEREAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 35.13.130, a petition was presented to the City Council proposing the annexation of certain property; and WHEREAS, the petition which was filed pursuant to RCW 35.13.130 was signed by owners of not less than seventy-five percent in value according to the assessed valuation for general taxes of the property proposed to be annexed; and WHEREAS, the City Council did fix October 19, 1.994, for a hearing upon said petition, and caused proper notice of hearing to be provided; and WHEREAS, following the hearing, the City Council determined to annex all of the property described in the petition; and WHEREAS, no request for review of the annexation by the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board was filed within the designated review period; and WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing on the annexation and did provide notice to property owners included within the area proposed for annexation; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it desires to annex the property to the City;
