OPO./%f-A- E!/E?ETT ORDINANCE NO. 2038-95 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "Mukilteo Boulevard Improvements", Fund 303, Program 004, to accumulate all construction costs for the improvement project, and repealing Ordinance 2009-94. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to pedestrian and traffic safety improvements on Mukilteo Boulevard; and WHEREAS, pedestrian and traffic safety improvements on Mukilteo Boulevard have been identified as part of the transportation mitigation program of the City of Everett; and WHEREAS, based on citizen input, added improvements, construction costs and additional funding, there is a need to revise the existing ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 004, entitled "Mukilteo Boulevard Improvements" to accumulate all costs for the improvement project, and repealing Ordinance 2009-94. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 004, for construction of the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering and Public Services Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $675,252.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 004, "Mukilteo Boulevard Improvements" as follows: A.
