0110 /11.1:aa <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4580 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed acation of a portion of the <br /> North/South alley located in Block 638, Plat of Swalwell's <br /> Second Addition <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage abutting the alley, <br /> described as follows: <br /> All that portion of Block 638, Plat of Swalwell's Second Addition, according to <br /> the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 11, records of Snohomish <br /> County, Washington; described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 16 of said block; THENCE, South <br /> along the East lines of Lots 16 through 20, inclusive, to the Southeast corner of <br /> said Lot 20; THENCE, East along the Easterly projected South line of said Lot <br /> 20 to the Southwest corner of Lot 21 of said Block 638; THENCE, North along <br /> the West line of Lots 21 through 25, inclusive, to the Northwest corner of said <br /> Lot 25 of said block; THENCE, West along the Westerly projected North line <br /> of said Lot 25 to the Northeast corner of Lot 16, and the POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for <br /> public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC:IL FOR THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for April 29th, 1998 at 8:30A.M. in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as <br /> herein described. <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of April, 1998. <br /> Councident <br />
