• <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4562 . <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing rates for <br /> public parking at EVERPARK GARAGE <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3820 established rates for public parking at the <br /> municipal EVERPARK parking garage, and <br /> WHEREAS, a rate adjustment is necessary to align Everpark rates with other <br /> parking rates in the Central Business district, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Managing Agent for the garage is recommending an adjustment <br /> in the rates, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has agreed that the rates should be adjusted, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT that the following rates shall be in effect April 1, 1998 for public <br /> parking at the municipal EVERPARK parking garage: <br /> Hourly Rates: <br /> Existing Proposed <br /> 0 - 2 hours $ 1.00 $ 1.00 <br /> 2 - 4 hours 3.00 3.00 <br /> 4 hours to All Day hours 6.00 6.00 <br /> Monthly Rates: <br /> Covered parking $45.00 $55.00 <br /> Roof level (secured) 47.50 52.50 <br /> Hoyt level (secured) 50.00 60.00 <br /> Resolution No. 3820 is superseded and the rates as set forth here include sales <br /> tax and will be in effect until changed by further Council action. <br /> C• ci man introduc. y.
