qp,. <br /> Itile <br /> : f: , <br /> :E <br /> E'TT <br /> Resolution Number 4 4 5 4 <br /> A Resolution accepting the <br /> 75 percent petition for the Spencer Island, <br /> Biringer area annexation. <br /> WHEREAS, the Port of Everett, Board of Commissioners has requested that the Biringer <br /> Farm area owned by the Port of Everett be annexed into the City of Everett, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has a desire to work with the Port of Everett in a <br /> cooperative and supportive manner, and <br /> WHEREAS, the area proposed for annexation is within the Urban Growth Boundary area <br /> established by Snohomish County, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Council held a public hearing on June 25, 1997, to hear <br /> public comment on the request for annexation. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. The City of Everett wishes to accept the 75 percent petition for the proposed <br /> annexation. <br /> 2. The City of Everett will require the simultaneous implementation of the Comprehensive <br /> Plan designation by adoption of the zoning for the annexation area. <br /> 3.
