RESOLUTION NO. 4447 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett, Washington, providing for the <br /> reimbursement of certain expenditures out of the <br /> issuance and sale of reimbursement bonds. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett anticipates that it may be selling bonds to pay for <br /> closure costs at a landfill; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett City Council must declare its intent to reimburse <br /> expenditures made prior to the bond sale which are related to the project from <br /> proceeds of the bonds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT as follows: <br /> Section 1. The City of Everett, Washington (the "City"), reasonably expects to <br /> reimburse the expenditures described herein with a portion of the proceeds of <br /> debt to be incurred by the City (the "Reimbursement Bonds"). <br /> Section 2. The expenditures with respect to which the City expects to be <br /> reimbursed from the proceeds of the Reimbursement Bonds are for <br /> improvements to the City's closed landfill and costs related hereto. <br /> Section 3.
