e <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4399 <br /> A RESOLUTION designating 15 parking stalls on the <br /> west side of the 3000 block of Lombard as "NO PARKING <br /> 9AM-3PM MON-FRI TOW AWAY ZONE EXCEPT BY SENIOR CENTER PER- <br /> MIT" <br /> WHEREAS, WAC 308-330-270 grants City Council the authority <br /> to establish parking restrictions by resolution; and, <br /> WHEREAS, 8 parking stalls on the east side of the 3000 block <br /> Lombard and 11 parking stalls on the south side of Wall be- <br /> tween Broadway and Lombard are designated "NO PARKING <br /> 9AM-3PM MON-FRI TOW AWAY ZONE EXCEPT BY SENIOR CENTER PER- <br /> MIT" ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Senior Center patrons have difficulty finding park- <br /> ing near the Senior Center entrance; and, <br /> WHEREAS, designating an additional 15 parking stalls on the <br /> west side of the 3000 block Lombard "NO PARKING 9AM-3PM <br /> MON-FRI TOW AWAY ZONE EXCEPT BY SENIOR CENTER PERMIT" will <br /> help alleviate this problem; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT that the following parking restriction be <br /> established: NO PARKING 9AM-3PM MON-FRI TOW AWAY ZONE EX- <br /> CEPT BY SENIOR CENTER PERMIT on the west side of the 3000 <br /> block of Lombard and that the City Traffic Engineer shall <br /> order and install such signs, markings and devices as are <br /> necessary to affect this change. <br /> / <br /> Councilperson itroducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of March , 1997 <br /> C ncil Preside <br />
