EVER ETT <br /> RESOLUTION# <br /> 4286 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing Human Needs <br /> Priorities for 1997 <br /> WHEREAS, the mission of the Human Needs Advisory Committee is to determine <br /> annually the human needs in the City of Everett, to prioritize those needs, and to allocate <br /> moneys to most benefit those needs; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Needs Advisory Committee has determined that the <br /> following list of human needs will be funded in 1997 to qualified programs inside the City <br /> of Everett: <br /> 1. YOUTH <br /> a) Counseling/Guidance <br /> b) Health Services (i.e. Medical, Dental, Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Shelter/Food <br /> d) Substance Abuse <br /> e) Pregnancy Prevention <br /> 0 Abuse/Neglect <br /> g) Violence Prevention <br /> 2. ELDERLY <br /> a) Shelter/Food <br /> b) Health Services (i.e. Medical, Dental, Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance <br /> d) Abuse/Neglect <br /> 3.
