RESOLUTION NO. 4277 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of a portion of the Alley South of 39th <br /> Street, West of Hoyt Ave. & East of Rucker Ave. Everett WA, described as follows: <br /> THE ALLEYWAY LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 1 THROUGH 8 - INCLUSIVE AND <br /> LOTS 25 THROUGH 32 - INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 5 IN CLIMAX LAND COMPANY'S <br /> FIRST ADDITION TO EVERETT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN <br /> VOLUME 4 OF PLATS, PAGE 21, RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY, <br /> WASHINGTON; SITUATED IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 29 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, <br /> W.M.; <br /> SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF WASHINGTON. <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provided that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for <br /> public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for June 26, 1996 at 8:30 A.M., in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as herein <br /> described. <br /> Councilperson Intro.u ' solution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 29th day of May, 1996. <br /> Counci President <br /> kt:vaclb.doc <br />
