• <br /> RESOLUTION Na 4231 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing Greens Fees and a Junior Golf Program for the City of <br /> Everett Municipal Golf Courses, Legion Memorial and Walter E. Hall. <br /> WHEREAS, there is a periodic need to increase existing Golf Course Greens Fees to <br /> provide necessary funds for the continuation of Golf Course capital improvement projects <br /> and to provide additional revenues to offset the increasing costs of maintenance and <br /> operation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett City Council adopted the policy of the City that the Golf <br /> Courses be self-supporting within their fee structures; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 23, 1996, the Park Commission voted to recommend to Council <br /> the implementation of a Junior Golf Program for students of the Everett School District; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: That the Golf Course Greens Fees for Legion Memorial Golf Course and <br /> Walter E. Hall Golf Course shall be as follows: <br /> EVERETT GOLF RATES <br /> Effective March 1, 1996 <br /> DAILY FEES 1996 <br /> 9 Resident $ 9.75 <br /> 18 Resident $ 12.50 <br /> 9 Resident Disc. $ 8.75 <br /> 18 Resident Disc. $ 11.50 <br /> 9 Non-Resident $ 14.25 <br /> 18 Non-Resident $ 17.00 <br /> 9 Non-Res.
