411P7 <br /> :414&.., <br /> 1, Z. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4207 <br /> A resolution waiving the public bidding requirements for the sole source purchase from Escom <br /> Software Services, Ltd. of Burnaby B.C. Canada, for the purchase of Parks Recreation <br /> software. <br /> Whereas, The Park Department requires computer software for their Recreation Program; and <br /> Whereas, after searching for vendors of recreation software, Escom Software Services, Ltd. <br /> was discovered to offer the only recreation software that integrates with the SFG financial <br /> software and the Oracle standard that the City has adopted for technology acquisition of this <br /> type; and <br /> Whereas, funds are available in our budget, <br /> Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett that the purchase of <br /> recreation software for the Parks Department is clearly and legitimately limited to a single <br /> source, and that the Purchasing Division is authorized to purchase software and continuing <br /> maintenance as long as we use this software.
