be <br /> Resolution No. 4//9 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> approving the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit <br /> to allow temporary storage of the surplus alumina crane <br /> on a site at the east end of the 12th Street barge <br /> channel. <br /> WHEREAS, application was made on July 19, 1995, by the Port <br /> of Everett for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit <br /> (SMA #12-94) , and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Hearing <br /> Examiner on September 7, 1995, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hearing Examiner made findings, conclusions, <br /> and rendered a decision, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public meeting on this <br /> matter on November 15, 1995, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council determined that an erroneous <br /> procedure or a substantial error in fact or error in law <br /> does not exist. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Everett City Council <br /> hereby denies the Falleen appeal and upholds said Hearing <br /> Examiner decision and grants the Shoreline Substantial <br /> Development Permit (SMA #12-94) . <br /> .401.1 -. .---, ./AW . - <br /> Councilman Int •ducin. •esolution <br /> Passed and Approved this d y of 0_995. <br /> 7711 -------- <br /> -L'(9 , <br /> 'Council President <br /> EXHIBIT # 6 <br /> PAGE F <br />
