RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 37804IrlE!/fJ2ETT <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of portions of 22nd Street <br /> between Grand Avenue and alley west of Grand Avenue <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of those portions of <br /> portions of 22nd Street between Grand Avenue and alley west of Grand Avenue, described as <br /> follows: <br /> PARCEL"A" <br /> Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot 17,Block 431,Plat of Everett,according to the Plat <br /> thereof recorded in Volume 3 of Plats on Page 32,Records of Snohomish County,State of <br /> Washington.
