Al%V" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3695 <br /> EVEl2ETT <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID No. 726. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as Treasurer's <br /> Account No(s). 0029 in LID Roll No. 726 to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account <br /> No(s). 0029 into separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate security <br /> for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, <br /> provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's <br /> Account No(s) 0029 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended by Ordinance No. <br /> 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment Roll No. 726. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment <br /> was levied. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the assessment before <br /> segregation. <br /> Section 4: <br /> That the original tract and assessment known as LID No. 726, Treasurer's Account No(s). 0004, was <br /> passed by Ordinance No. 1570-89 on 3/15/89, in the amount of$2,020,764. The original legal <br /> description is attached as Exhibit A. <br /> Section 5: <br /> The legal description of the segregated tracts and assessments is attached as Exhibit B. <br /> Section 6: <br /> A certified copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the City Treasurer who shall make the <br /> segregation ordered herein. <br />
