• <br /> #41P,404A <br /> s474dEL J?ETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1944-93 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "Evergreen Way/South <br /> Fred Meyer Signal Improvement", Fund 303, Program 534, to accumulate all <br /> construction costs for the Improvement Project. <br /> WHEREAS, the city of Everett has applied for and received approval for ISTEA Hazard Elimination <br /> Program Funds to make improvements to the Evergreen Way and South Fred Meyer Driveway <br /> intersection. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 534, entitled "Evergreen <br /> Way/South Fred Meyer Signal Improvement" to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program <br /> 534, for construction of the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director", under direction of the Mayor, to <br /> assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the <br /> actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> ��ptlNG® <br /> CITU'OF EVERETT_ <br /> rENTEN,NIiAL <br /> ry4p/HG • <br />
