(1) CB 1102-04 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a special construction fund entitled "Water and Sewer System Improvements Fund", Fund 336 with an initial appropriation of $199,290,000 to accumulate all design and construction costs for critical water and sewer system improvements (3rd and final reading on 3-9-11) (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Washington State Revolving Fund Loan with Washington State Department of Ecology for the Bond Street Combined Sewer Overflow Control Facilities to reduce the loan amount from $6,249,652.00 $2,403,145.00 PROPOSED ACTION AGENDA: (These items currently scheduled for action on a future Everett City Council meeting).
