• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1850-92 <br /> FL" <br /> diml <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, EMC) <br /> to encompass three separate areas located between 108th Street SE and <br /> 116th Street SE and between Meridian Avenue and 9th P1. SE. <br /> ANNEXATION #A1-91 <br /> REZONE #6-90 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on September 17, 1991 the Everett <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the <br /> zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the recommendations of the <br /> Planning Commission, has determined that said property should be zoned R-1, <br /> Single Family Detached Low Density, and R-2, Single Family Detached Medium <br /> Density. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning change hereinafter set <br /> forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett and meets the purpose of <br /> the General Plan as amended by Resolution No. 358 3 . <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as established by Section 4 of <br /> Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (Title 19, Everett Municipal Code), is <br /> hereby amended by the addition of the following: <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> R-1 (N. of 109th St. SE and 9th Pl. SE) <br /> All that portion of the northwest quarter and the southwest <br /> quarter of Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M., <br /> decribed as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Lot 7, Plat of Henrickson <br /> Addition, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 24 of <br /> Plats, Page 15, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, <br /> East along the north line of said plat to the northeast corner of <br /> Lot 6 of said plat; THENCE, South along the east line of said <br /> plat, and the southerly extension of said east line to intersect <br /> the north right of way line of 109th Street S.E.
