RESOLUTION No. 6224. <br /> A RESOLUTION Accepting a Loan from the Washington State Department of <br /> Ecology (Washington State Revolving Fund) and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute <br /> the Loan Agreement and such other Documents as are Necessary to Implement this <br /> Resolution <br /> WHEREAS,the Washington State Department of Ecology (Washington State Revolving <br /> Fund)has made a loan available to the City in the amount of$6,249,652 for the purposes <br /> of construction of the Bond Street Combined Sewer Overflow Control Facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City desires to accept the loan and begin work on the Bond Street <br /> Combined Sewer Overflow Control Facilities; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT that: <br /> 1. The City of Everett accepts the loan from the Washington State Department of <br /> Ecology(Washington State Revolving Fund) in the amount of$6,249,652; and <br /> 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute the Washington State Revolving Fund Loan <br /> Agreement between the State of Washington Department of Ecology and the City <br /> of Everett for the Bond Street Combined Sewer Overflow Control Facilities in the <br /> amount of$6,249,652 in the form substantially as attached to this resolution; and <br /> 3.
