dom RESOLUTION NO. 3381 PROPOSED VACATION of the south half of that portion of 40th Street east of Sumner Place to Smith Avenue less that portion previously vacated. WHEREAS, the City of Everett does hereby declare that portion of the south half of 40th Street east of Sumner Place to Smith Avenue less that portion previously vacated appear to be a surplus to the foreseeable needs of the City of Everett; and, WHEREAS, the City of Everett desires to vacate all the above described portion of a street, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT that pursuant to R.C.W Chapter 35.79, the City Council of the City of Everett intends to hold a vacation hearing on the above described property: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the*Alex) on said Resolution of Intention be held on the 3/' day of �L�GO�ae�t,J 1990, at 8=�0 a.m. , in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Everett, Washington.
