RESOLUTION NO. 3c,.10. 7 <br /> PROPOSED VACATION of Everett Avenue <br /> lying between Federal Avenue and the <br /> Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett does hereby declare that all that <br /> portion of Everett Avenue lying between Federal Avenue and the Burlington <br /> Northern Railroad right-of-way LESS that portion previously vacated under <br /> Ordinance No. 3681 appears to be a surplus to the foreseeable needs of the <br /> City of Everett; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett desires to vacate all the above <br /> described streets and alleys; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL that <br /> pursuant to R.C.W. Chapter 35.79, the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> intends to hold a vacation hearing on the above described property: <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hearing on said resolution of <br /> intention be held on the 6th day of September, 1989 at 8:30 a.m. in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, Everett, Washington. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in R.C.W. 35.79.020 and in addition hereto that notice be mailed at <br /> least fifteen (15) days before the date fixed for the hearing to the owners, <br /> or reputed owners, of all parcels of land, or other property abutting said <br /> street to be vacated, as shown on the Rolls of the County Treasurer. <br /> _4.-... <br /> Cou`ncilma In :du• ng 'esolution <br /> e3 <br /> Passed and approved this -7 day of , 1989. <br /> g4a01 Ak: <br /> Council President <br /> (5369H) <br />
