E`er U <br /> PROPOSED VACATION of 24th Street lying between <br /> West Marine View Drive and the alley East <br /> of West Marine View Drive <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett does hereby declare that all that <br /> portion of 24th Street lying between West Marine View Drive and the alley East <br /> of West Marine View Drive appears to be a surplus to the foreseeable needs of <br /> the City of Everett; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett desires to vacate all the above <br /> described streets and alleys; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL that <br /> pursuant to R.C.W.
