. <br /> ' I <br /> RESOLUTION NO. /gg <br /> A resolution for the proposed vacation of Winter Street <br /> from 15th Street to Grand Avenue <br /> W.O. No. 2178 <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of <br /> those portions of Winter Street bounded by 15th Street and East Grand Avenue <br /> and adjacent to the following described real property: <br /> Lots 1, 6 and 6A, Plat of Riverdale, Block 318; also adjacent Lots <br /> 8, 9, 10 and 11, Plat of Riverdale, Block 317; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provided that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of <br /> Everett that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. , July 26, 1989, in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in R.C.W. 35.79.020. <br /> J <br /> Councilman Introducing Res ion <br /> Passed and approved this '8`� day of , 1989. <br /> Coun '1 Presiders t" " `- <br /> (4861H) <br />
