RESOLUTION NO. 3 / 7 / <br /> A Resolution amending the Land Use Map of the <br /> Everett General Plan for property containing approximately <br /> located on the north side of Madison Street, <br /> approximately 150 feet west of Beverly Boulevard, <br /> from "Single Family Detached, 5 to 10 dwellings <br /> per gross acre" to "Neighborhood Business." <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett adopted the Residential Land Use Map of <br /> the Everett General Plan on October 8, 1986; and the Commercial and <br /> Industrial Land Use Map of the Everett General Plan on August 12, 1987; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett, on October 27, 1988, received an <br /> application to amend the Land Use Map designation for property generally <br /> described as being located on the north side of Madison Street approximately <br /> 150 feet west of Beverly Boulevard, the legal description of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing on January 31, 1989 to consider the proposed amendment to the <br /> General Plan and, based upon the findings contained in Planning Commission <br /> Resolution No. 1-89 did recommend that the City Council approve the <br /> requested amendment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. That the Land Use Map designation of the Everett General Plan <br /> designation for the property which is described in Exhibit A be <br /> amended from "Single Family Detached, 5 to 10 dwellings per gross <br /> acre" to "Neighborhood Business." <br /> 2. The proposed amendment to the Everett General Plan Land Use Map is <br /> consistent with the applicable Commercial Land Use Policies of the <br /> Plan. <br /> 3.
