RESOLUTION NO. -5/ 7( <br /> A resolution for the proposed vacation of 15th Street <br /> lying East of Winter Street <br /> W.O. No. 2136 <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two thirds of the front footage of <br /> those portions of 15th Street adjacent to the following described real <br /> property: <br /> Lots 1 through 5 inclusive, and Lots 5A, 5B, 5C and 5D, Plat of <br /> Riverdale, Block 318 also; Lots 1 through 5, inclusive, Plat of <br /> Riverdale, Block 275. Further, that portion of 15th Street running <br /> adjacent to the adjoining unplatted portions of the Northwest Quarter <br /> of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 29 North, Range 5 <br /> East, W.M. lying East of Blocks 318 and 275, Plat of Riverdale; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provided that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of <br /> Everett that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. , June 14, 1989, in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as set <br /> forth in R.C.W. 35.79.020. <br /> (l2-1 472?7)-- <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> 4 <br /> Passed and approved this / 7 day of ,07 h`1 , 1989. <br /> Council Pres deny 41/ <br /> (4862H) <br />
