1 CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> 2 RESOLUTION NO. &1/ t) <br /> 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City of Everett , Washington, <br /> 4 fixing a time and place for public hearing on the <br /> final assessment roll for Local Improvement District <br /> 5 No . 726 , and directing that notice thereof be given <br /> in the manner required by law. <br /> 6 <br /> WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement <br /> 7 <br /> District No . 726 , which was created and established by Ordinance <br /> 8 <br /> No . 1324-87 passed by the City Council on January 14 , 1987, has <br /> 9 <br /> been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City <br /> 10 <br /> Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the date for a public hearing <br /> 11 <br /> thereon before the City Council ; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> 12 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, <br /> 13 <br /> WASHINGTON, as follows : <br /> 14 <br /> Section 1 . The public hearing on the final assessment roll <br /> 15 <br /> for Local Improvement District No . 726 will be held before the <br /> 16 <br /> City Council at 8 : 30 a .m. , local time, in the Council Chambers, <br /> 17 <br /> City Hall , 3002 Wetmore, Everett , Washington on February 8 , <br /> 18 <br /> 1989 .
